Some families in the USA have been devastated by war for decades. Make no mistake about it. My family has been as damaged as if we had been bombed. Although we still have all our body parts the damage goes far deeper. We have SOUL and SPIRIT damage. Pastor asked me a few months ago, "Don't your boys smile?" I replied that they do smile, they just don't warm up to people easily, they don't trust them! I have home movies of my family when we were happy. David, Josh and Jon are almost men now. Please understand I am not defending real Dead Beat Moms or Dads! Our nightmare is really not about that issue. It is about people who the system unjustly charges as being a Dead Beat Mom or Dad! The story below speaks of "outright kidnapping".

Over the past few years we have existed, we haven't lived, we have existed! . No-one can give my sons back the mom they had. I don't know where she is anymore. I used to get great joy from the simplest things.

This issue is not discussed anywhere even though almost everyone in America knows of a family where the children are alienated from one of their parents. I know this because I know of 5 families with the same kind of issues. My brother, my son-in-law ( who now has a grandchild he most likely will never see), my friend Judy and my sister's son.

Many children's lives have been ruined by their parents need for revenge.

The children who are being used don't understand how to love or really be loved.

Their perception of loyalty has been so skewed that in their lives lying to get ones own way is normal.

What I am advocating is to have the LAWS across the country changed where issues of CUSTODY and Child Support are concerned. In pre-custody trial motions if a parent is found to be lying about the other parent the judge should immediately stop the procedure and grant full and permanent custody to the other parent with the option of terminating the lying parents parental rights.

Nothing less than that would be firm enough to stop the destruction of children in our country!

To Whom it may concern: Child support issues can be resolved between the parties involved. You do not have to file with a Domestic Relations Office or Child Support Office! If You filed an order for support you can give credit for any arrears and withdraw your case from Domestic Relations without a lawyers involvement, only people on welfare need to file with that office. It is in the interest of BOTH parents to keep communicating. Why destroy the credit rating of your ex-spouse.

If something happens to you the children would be raised by a parent who in many cases has been totally financially destroyed!

It is always better for your childrens sake to stay civil while divorcing and raising the children.

If you have to lie about your ex-spouse in court to get custody of your children, you don't have custody, you have possession. Children are not possesions! If you encourage your child to lie to the court about their parent you are abusing them and causing psychological damage which is sometimes irreversable!

The Department of Motor Vehicles has sent out thousands of driver's license cancellation notices to parents who have back child support.

CBS 2 News' Troubleshooter Judd McIlvain says he has received many complaints from parents who say they are paying their child support, but their driver's licenses are still being taken away.

I am accepting stories concerning fathers who have been given the shaft by the system.  Over the past few years  the government created a lot of laws concerning "Dead Beat Dads".  These laws discriminate against non-custodial fathers and mothers who may be unable to get employment or who by no fault of their own are forced to take a cut in their income. Such as down sizing.
Some of these fathers or mothers don't even get to see their children even though they have rights to visitation.
Some Disgruntled ex-spouses have found in the new laws a wonderful way
to torment and execute revenge.

I listen now daily to Mayor Guilani and Gov. Pataki and our dear beloved President G.W. Bush they talk about relief for the Victim's Families. There is no relief for the hundreds of thousands of families across this nation that are financially and emotionally devastated by the

War in America's Family Court System
